Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering. Engineering— (Matt Wentland): 1. Provide an easement on the gravel emergency access. An easement around the gravel emergency access road has been provided. 2. Provide a minimum of 1' between the back of walk and ROW. 1' has been provided between the back of walk and ROW. 3. Remove trees from on top of pipes and beside structures. Trees have been removed from the top of pipes and beside structures. 4. Include on the plans the Public Road Acceptance Procedure and the As -built Road Plan Policy. The Public Road Acceptance Procedure and the As -Built Road Plan Policy has been added to sheet C1.00. Planning: 1. See document attached to email. Acknowledged. VDOT: 1. See document attached to email. Acknowledged. GIS — (Andy Slack): ENGINEERING I DESIGN I TECHNOLOGY 1. The applicant should contact this office with a list of three (3) proposed road names for 'Road 1' and 'Road 3' listed on the plans. Also, the applicant will need to have a separate road name for lots 14 through 17. Please contact this office with any questions. Roads 1, 2, and 3 have been labeled on sheets C4.01-C4.04. Road names will be included on future submissions. We have included PDF copies of the plans and calculations for your review.
