Dear Mr. Tschiderer:
As per our review of the revised plans dated May 19, 2003 for the above referenced
project, all of the outstanding conditions of ARB approval as outlined in our letter dated
December 23, 2002 have been addressed. You may consider this letter your Certificate
of Appropriateness.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and
exhibited for review, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant
has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials,
samples, and other submittal items presented. Any changes in the approved design or
materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by
the Architectural Review Board.

proffered as a part of the requested rezoning and it is agreed that: (1)the rezoning itself gives rise to the need for the
conditions;and (2)such conditions have a reasonable relation to the rezoning.request.
(1) The Owner hereby proffers not to construct any building within 120 feet of the common property line with
