There are a few minor changes that need to be addressed and are on the attached comments. Also,
Janet Miller has talked to Katurah about switching the periwinkle for the slopes. Janet was going to
provide the substitute and numbers. If you can get that done and all of the items on the second sheet
then you can bring two mylars and a paper copy in for signature and I should be able to sign the plan
for all reviewers. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

Dear Kim:
Per your comment#4 of the Final Site Plan and Drainage Computation comments, we
have made the calculations that you requested (see below). It is our understanding,
through a conversation with Francis MacCall, that this information is needed for his
report to the Planning Commission, meeting on January 14, 2003. In performing these
calculations we made the assumption that the areas under consideration were the areas
within the Property Line and the proposed Temporary Grading Easement
Total Acreage of Critical Slopes(Acre): 1.41
Total Acreage of the Site(Acre): 2.34 3 . ?ger

Conditions for approval:

Subject: Dennis Enterprises (SP-02-13)expansion of outdoor display and storage of motor vehicles in
the EC
I talked to Tim Miller. He will be submitting a Minor Amendment application and an ARB application on
Monday.
Karl will be the Project Manager for the Special Use Permit and the Minor Amendment.
I will put the display ad in SPIN for the Special Use Permit. The Special Use Permit will be distributed to the
SRC on Monday. I will route the minor amend. to the usual suspects on Monday, as well, in Karl's absence.
The Minor Amendment will not be approved until the Special Use Permit is approved and a Certificate of
Appropriateness is issued.
Margaret M. should help Karl in coordinating the review of the Special Use Permit with ARB's review. I'll give
Karl the file for the previous Minor Amend/SP application approved in 2000, for the same site. This is the
same process that was followed then.
