The scope includes adding a proposed drive-thru use to the existing building As a part of this,
the right in only entrance off of Route 29 will be closed, and filled in with landscaping Additional Landscaping
will also be incorporated to offset and additional improvements associated with the drive thru as shown in the
landscape plan and color rendering.
