This Stop Work Order is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Sediment was discharged into a stream Corrective Action: Remove sediment from stream by hand Deficiency: Straw,seed & matting will be applied on Wed 4-22- 2020 Corrective Action: Establish a vegetative cover on all slopes and denuded areas over 14 days Deficiency: Sf failure has released sediment into a stream. Sf must be repaired and the sediment must be removed Corrective Action: Repair all storm damaged areas. Install wire backing on SF adjacent to the stream and mat the slopes A sworn complaint has been made by the Albemarle County Erosion Control Inspector below. This STOP WORK ORDER shall remain in effect for seven (7) days. If satisfactory repairs have not been made within seven (7) days, the County may elect to issue another Stop Work Order, and/or petition the Circuit Court for penalties and relief with regard to this violation. Re -inspection of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $150 for land disturbing under VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP (§17-208).
