Re: Letter of Zoning Confirmation for 3621 Dickerson Road, Charlottesville, VA
22901, Tax Parcels 32-4913, 32-49F, 32-491, and 32-49J (the "Property)
Dear Mr. MacCall:
This letter is being written to you to request confirmation from your office of the zoning
status of the above referenced Property. Specifically, I request confirmation of the following:
The existing zoning classification of the Property, and confirm that the zoning is
not subject to any overlay districts, or, in the alternative, if it is subject to an
overlay district, please confirm which one. Please also provide copies of any
special conditions or proffers that are associated with the Property, if any.
2. Please also confirm that there are no proceedings, either administrative, legislative
or judicial, which would in any manner adversely affect the status of the zoning of
the Property.
That the Property does not presently have any pending zoning or proffer
violations and that all previous allegations ofnoncompliance or past zoning
violations, if any, have been addressed and/or corrected.
Enclosed is a completed Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance with respect to
County Tax Parcels 32-4913, 32-49F, 32-49I, and 32-49J. I have also enclosed a check for
$108.00.
