FERTILIZER SHALL BE APPLIED AT 1000 LBS/ACRE AND CONSIST OF A 10-20-10 NUTRIENT MIX. THE PROJECT CONSIST OF TWO CONSTRUCTION PHASES. PHASE 1 OF CONSTRUCTION WILL CONSIST OF THE INSTALLATION OF A 4" DIA. MANHOLE, AN 8" SAN. SEWER, A 6" SAN. SEWER LATERAL, A 4" EMERGENCY BYPASS CONNECTION, A 4" PLUG VALVE, AND PARTIAL DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING PUMP STATION. THE WORK UNDER PHASE 1 OF CONSTRUCTON WILL FACILITATE THE INSTALLATION OF BYPASS PUMPING DURING PHASE 2 OF CONSTRUCTION.
