[General Comment] Due to the number of plats and deeds that are being recorded with the Albemarle County Clerk's office, it is difficult to track what plats and deeds apply to each parcel. Please provide a note for each parcel that lists all recorded instruments (plats, deeds, etc.) for TMPs 46-18, 46-18A, 46- 19A1, 46-19A2, and 46-19133. Response: Sorry I haven't been able to catch up with you, so I'll try and explain my thinking on this comment here. The code only asks for the instrument creating the property that is being divided/adjusted, which has been provided. I have tried to keep a comprehensive list going as a courtesy, but without having an ALTA survey performed before each plat, we have no way of certifying to all deeds that might encumber each property. It's seems to be much more information than is required by the County Code and by the Virginia Code. Also, TMP 46-18 and 46-18A are the only parcels affected by this plat. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm free to discuss over the phone if you'd like. a. Please be aware that there are currently two other Brookhill plats under review, SUB201900123, SUB202000035, SUB202000039, SUB202000043. This plat will need to be updated prior to approval to incorporate updated instrument references, acreages, etc. assuming that any of those plats are approved and recorded first. Response: Plat will be updated if any of the other submittals are recorded first. I anticipate this one being recorded first, however. b. Please update the Brookhill Deeds and Plats of Record so it states recorded instruments of SUB201900138. Response: Updated. [14-302 (A)(3)] Please update the Salamander Street and Archer Avenue ROW labels on Sheet 2. The DB number is incorrect, it should be DB 5274, page 376. Response: Label updated. 5. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision to each sheet. Response: Revision date added. 6. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please revise note 6 on Sheet V 1 so that it states which overlay districts apply specifically to TMP 46-18 and TMP 46-18A. a. TMP 46-18 is in the AIA, EC, and Managed Steep Slopes Overlay District. b. TMP 46-18A is in the AIA, EC, Flood Hazard Overlay District, and contains areas of Managed and Preserved Steep Slopes. Response: Notes updated. 7. [14-303 (D)] Please revise the acreage summary on Sheet 1 to state which TMP is giving up parcel X.
