Dear Matt, I have reviewed your comments from December 6, 2019 and below are the individual responses.
A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
The SWPPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-405. A SWPPP must contain
(1) a PPP, (2) an ESCP, (3) a SWMP, and (4) anyTMDL measures necessary.
1. A SWPPP package was not included with this submittal.
• A SWPPP package is included with the latest revisions.
B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP)
The PPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-404.

• PPP is included with the latest revisions.
C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
VSMP Regulation 9VAC25-870-108 requires the VSMP authority to approve or disapprove a SWMP. This plan is
disapproved, and the reasons are provided in the comments below. The stormwater management plan content
requirements can be found in County Code section 17-403.
RWSA has recently installed a manhole and ARV on the water line along Hydraulic. While this shouldn't
affect the plans, it should be included.
• Acknowledged. MH and ARV has been shown on the plans as requested.
2. During a site visit, it was difficult to determine if runoff would affect the Georgetown Green storage area.
Additional measures may be required during and after construction.
• Acknowledged. Site will be monitored during grading operations to prevent potential
excess runoff.
This plan cannot be approved until the 0.81 Ib/yr of nutrient credits have been purchased. Please contact Ana
Kilmer prior to purchasing credits.
• Acknowledged. The developer is in contact with the nutrient bank and will reach out to Ana
for directive on final purchase.
4. Provide more information on ti —ui i,, rater system, such as inlet types, elevations, inverts, pipe sizes, etc.
• Storm system details have been added for clarification on the storm system as requested.
A package with ADS design and information has been submitted as well.
5. Show the actual drainage areas for the discharge point. The pre- includes a lot of area that does not
actually go to the analysis point
• Drainage areas have been reconfigured as requested for the flood protection criteria. The LOD
for the site is still being used for energy balance calculations.

A Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP)
Virginia Code §62.1-44.15:55 requires the VESCP authority to approve or disapprove an ESCP. This plan is approved,
and the reasons are provided in the comments below. The erosion control plan content requirements can be found in
County Code section 17-402.
1. See comment 2 above. Otherwise, the ESC plan appears acceptable at this time.
• Acknowledged. Site will be monitored during grading operations to prevent potential
excess runoff.
