We will have two employees working in our facility. Below is our response to the performance standards of the zoning ordinance Section 18-4.14.8: Noise: Our operation does not and will not create any sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. We do no manufacturing, just repairs. Vibration: We may use a table saw in our operations. Glare: The lighting used in this operation does not cause any glare that is visible beyond the lot line. Air Pollution: We will not emit any smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants. Water Pollution: This operation does generate liquid waste that may present a hazard to water quality. Radioactivity: No radioactive materials or emissions are handled at this operation. Electrical Interference: This operation does not generate any electrical disturbances with any of the equipment used.
