The approval of the preliminary plat is valid for (1) one year in accordance with Section 14 -228 of the Subdivision Ordinance. All final plats must be submitted to the Department of Planning and Community Development while the preliminary plat is still valid. If the preliminary plat approval expires, a new application must be filed and processed. Final plats will be subject to all final plat requirements (Subdivision Ordinance Section 14 -303), in addition to the following conditions: [The following conditions must be met prior to final approval.] Engineering approval to include: The following items must be reviewed and approved by Engineering staff before the final plat can be recommended for approval. A completed submittal form and application must accompany all submittals. The required number of copies and the required fees are indicated on the form and application. The revised Preliminary Plat for The Village at Chestnut Grove has been reviewed. Engineering staff recommends approval with the following conditions: 1. Topography must be provided 200' beyond the property lines [14- 302T]. 2. Please state the right -of -way for Reas Ford Road. 3. It is understood that the Road will be a public road and the plat shall be changes to reflect all requirements as stated in the County ordinance.
