These parts will be distributed almost entirely by mail, and sold via the internet. Very little to no foot traffic is expected. These parts will be sourced externally and brought in for processing and storage. i am currently the only employee. Given that my inventory is sourced externally, there will be very little in the way of production materials or by-products. At most, commercially available cleaning or repair materials will be used. 1n order to be in compliance with the DMV for sales of used auto parts, I am also applying for a salvage license. This requires signature on DMV Form DSD65, which is being submitted along with this letter. To address the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18-4.14: Noise: My operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values stated in Section 4.14.1. Major sources of noise will be limited to a small indoor air compressor and small air tools with specific shielding to cut down on noise output. Vibration: The only possible source of vibration will be the air compressor, which will again be stored indoors. This is again a small compressor, and is designed to produce little no to significant vibration. Glare: I don't expect to have anything that would produce glare, and in the event that there was something of that nature, it would be stored in the enclosed and shielded lot behind the building. Air Pollution: There will be no air pollution produced. Water Pollution: No liquid wastes will be produced. Radioactivity: There will be no radioactive materials or waste present. Electrical Interference: There will be no equipment or machinery present that would generate electrical disturbances.
