Below you will find the Department of Health email. Last week the fire marshal visited and gave me approval, though I never received a form from him. Today, I met with the county inspector who checked my smoke alarms and he said he'd let you know we passed. I think that takes care of all the items on the list. Is there anything else I need to do other than submit my application?
