Good Afternoon,
Attached are the comments I have received thus far for the initial site plan (SDP2020-19) and preliminary
subdivision plat (SUB2020-033) for Pleasant Green Phase 2. Please note, that we cannot approve the site
plan unless it is revised to meet the current SP conditions, or until the amended SP (SP2019-002) is approved.
I am still waiting on Engineering and ACSA comments.
Also, see below for comment on the SP. This is currently tentatively scheduled for May 191", which will be held
via a virtual Zoom meeting.
1. Planning and Zoning have determined that additional parcels are required, and will be subject to this
request. The application should include those parcels that were part of West Glen and the additional
parcels that are necessary for the required connection and fill in the floodplain revised location. Revise
the tax map note to include the following parcels (red font are additional parcels): 05600-00-00-11500;
055CO-03-00-OOOAO; 056A1-01-00-02600; 056A1-01-00-030AO; 055CO-03-00-OOOA1.
