It's adjusting some parcel boundaries up in the UVA North Fork Research Park. The applicant is also vacating a portion of an existing 66' private street easement between TMPs 32-6A2 and TMP 32- 1911, and it is proposed to be re -platted at variable widths (47.1' and 29'). A maintenance agreement was recorded in DB 4957, pages 705-710 for the 66' private street. The applicant has provided a revised private street maintenance agreement so that the re -aligned private street easement is covered under a maintenance agreement. I've attached a copy of the proposed plat and the draft maintenance agreement. The maintenance agreement appears to meet all the criteria specified under our checklist. But I wanted to send it to you for a review first before I tell them no revisions are needed. Please let me know if you have any comments or approvals.
