RE: Block 32 Site Development Schedule
Dear Frank,
I'm presenting to you this schedule for the site stabilization of the block 32 Phase I & H development. As
you are aware in our site plan approval we had requested and received approval to phase this project into
2 parts. We intend to continue with the phasing of this development project but request an extension so
that we can extend the limits of phase I for additional lots.
This new phasing limit is shown on the attached exhibit. I've also provided a schedule from AG Dillard
as to their proposed completion of the new Phase I area. Based upon their schedule we are planning to
have the site completely stabilized by June 1, 2020 or sooner.
Our plans for the second phase are to wait approximately 6 months where we will only need to extend
water/sewer main lines, install laterals to the remaining lots and complete the loop road to the West. All
Mass Grading is intended to be completed in the phase I schedule. We anticipate this second phase will
take approximately 3 months from start to finish and re -stabilization of the site.
This new phasing limit provide several advantages of having a safer and more contiguous circulation of
traffic for the project site and more lots available to give time for completion of the second phase. It also
allows for time to plan and mitigate the catastrophic complications from the Covid 19 outbreak.
We hope you will find this acceptable and allow for the extension of our site permit. Please let me know
if you have any questions or if we can modify this schedule in any way to meet your concerns.
