Erosion & Sediment Control Limits of Disturbance is 2.60. An area of 2.02 acres was used for water quality and quantity calculations. Water Quality Compliance: The disturbed area of 2.02 acres was used for the water quality analysis. In the proposed condition there will be 0.94 acres of managed turf, 1.08 acres of impervious cover. Approximately 0,55 lblyr of phosphorus shall be removed through the installation of permeable pavement. A total of 1.09 lb/yr have been previously purchased. This plan now proposes an excess water quality treatment of 0.36 lb/yr. Water Quantity Compliance: Stormwater Quantity requirements for analysis point 1 will utilize a CMP detention system located within the parking area to meet all stormwater quantity requirements for this drainage area. Energy balance and channel protection for this analysis point are in compliance with all requirements. yx409101►WaaIU:ir_1kqIDAI!I4:0IFfIGN►1all VAN IIs] O IIICI  IIYII Bill oil ON 111111111 MENIgill OBESE I111111111111 oil 11111 1■IIIYIII■11111111■11111111■111■ IIIdl11YI■IIIIII ■IIBIIIYIINImilil11111lI liiiiiiiiiiiiimilliiili SIZE IINI IIII i 11 M W -1 N -1 m OO SCEE m E A 7 o w w w L p mo w y -> 7 C  ➢ r n rnrn OO  _ n to tw 4n rw to '  < pp CC CC C CC _ v D z Q A w N N P 2 b b tl f r m c — F T A n = _ U  Q C  E. $ T — — — — — — — — — — _ _ _ _ ? y o€ z c — b a a ei y r~y — p M1'I fffAAAR  C (r y Q 0 m m O m m z  < p m m a  z n O 3 'L c n 0 z y OW ro \ / [ , \ C. \ § ) ; ( \ j { (\ \ \ ® ) § w { ~ ) -i ww — % ) j) \ k k j § \ § k \) ) e \ 2 ; R ; ; $ § § k § § % 2 ] \ ) \ § \ \ k \ / j % - & d d d d d/ : \ \ \ \ R \ \ \ } 0 0 0 0 0 0 t f t 7 ?; % [ 0 CD  E C z  z A N 01 A N O Cu Z 2 N y A A P A A A A A A A D L] A W fT A A W 0 o n o o n o 0 0 0  p a U a cN'n v"i cNii rn a a cNu "  r _ 7 Q Gl CD N M M W W m m C2 fn cp W V 4 W -4 m o o W cnn A S O O O O O O O O O y o0 O O O lO rl A 2 w W N w w -I A  fn I N N W N OS W In O  rn is o w a  ?
