From: Paty Saternye- Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: May 8, 2020 Subject: SUB-2020-46 TMP 32-8 — Boundary Line Adjustment The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302 (A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Revise the building site note to be for both parcels, Parcel X & Parcel Y. 2. [14-302 (A)(10)] Right of further division on proposed lots. Revise the right of further division note to be for both parcels, Parcel X & Parcel Y. 3. [14-302 (13)(9)] Flood Plain. Revise the flood plain note to state the portion in question "is" located and not "appears to be" located in the zones specified. 4. [14-302 (13)(10)] Stream Buffers. The stream buffers are shown on the plat, but the stream buffer not is not included. Revise the plat to include the stream buffer note. 5. [Comment] Engineering had no objection.
