HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB201700150 Review Comments Easement Plat 2017-11-01County of Albemarle Department of Community Development Memorandum To: Nathan Morris (Roudabush, Gale & Associates, Inc) From: Paty Saternye- Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: November 1, 2017 Subject: SUB-2017-150 New Private 6' Sanitary Sewer — Easement The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [Comment] Fee. Submit the correct fee for review. This easement plat was not required with a site plan, it was required for a subdivision plat. Also, since a deed will be reviewed ensure that the fee for an "Easement Plat with a deed" is the one that is paid. 2. [14-302 (A)(4)] Private Easements. Revise the plat to include leader lines from the labels for the center lines of the easement to the line it is dimensioning. 3. [14-302 (A)(4)] Private Easements. Submit to the planning reviewer a draft copy of the proposed deed of easement. The deed will be reviewed by the County Attorney's office. 4. [14-302 (A)(5)] Public Easements. If any public easement exist that either intersect or are near to the proposed easement show their location on the plat. 5. [14-302 (13)(2)] Name of plat preparer. Provide the seal of the plat preparer. 6. [14-303 (0)] Signature Panels. Provide the owners middle initial in both the signature panels and the site data.
