The Site Review Committee has reviewed the development proposal referenced above. Initial comments
from the following divisions of the Department of Community Development and other agencies, as
applicable, are attached:

Albemarle County Engineering Services (Engineer)
Albemarle County Information Services (E911)
Albemarle County Department of Fire Rescue
Virginia Department of Transportation (attached)
Comments reflect information available at the time the development proposal was reviewed, and should
not be considered final. However, the Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues that
will be required to be resolved prior to Final Plat approval.

Albemarle County Planning Services (Planner) – Will Cockrell, wcockrell@albemarle.org – Requested changes:
1. Under zoning, this property is not located in the Entrance Corridor Overlay District. Please remove
that note.
2. Renumber the lots to be consistent with the adjoining lots. Lots 9 and 10 already exist. Begin with lot
#11.

Albemarle County Engineering Services (Engineer) – Emily Cox, ecox@albemarle.org – Requested Changes:
1. WPO Plan must be submitted and approved before subdivision plat can be approved.
2. Master SWM Plan and rezoning only show a total of 14 lots in this area. They also only show 3 lots
having area within the 100 foot stream buffer. This plat shows 16 lots and 5 lots with portions in the
buffer.
Albemarle County Information Services (E911) – Elise Kiewra, ekiewra@albemarle.org – No Objection:
1. No objections per site plan dated 10/5/17 .
Albemarle County Department of Fire Rescue – Shawn Maddox, smaddox@albemarle.org – No Objection:
