It is important for us to definitively understand this before we might apply for conservation easements. We are assuming each parcel has five (5) development rights, total ten (10). The parcels were sub -divided in 1973. The parcels have not changed since. Supporting documentation is included; 1) last recorded deeds that include pertinent information 2) latest known survey prior to December 10, 1980 3) latest known survey to date.
