HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB202000081 Review Comments Final Plat 2020-05-13County of Albemarle Department of Community Development Memorandum To: Will White, Roudabush and Gale From: Tori Kanellopoulos — Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: May 13, 2020 Subject: SUB202000081 — Bedford Hills Drive — Boundary Line Adjustment The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] If no action is taken within 6 months of receiving these review comments, the application will be deemed withdrawn. 1. [14-302(A)(10)] Development rights. Revise the development rights notes to the following: a. Revised TMP 45E-1-C-11 is assigned five development rights and may be further divided. When used they shall not total more than 19.05 acres and shall be within their December 1980 boundaries. b. Revised TMP 45E-1-C-10 retains one development right and may not be further divided. 2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include that both parcels are in the Airport Impact Area overlay district. 3. [14-302(B)(7)] Watershed. Revise note to `water supply watershed' instead of `water supply protection area'. 4. [14-303(C)(E)] Boundary lines and dimensions. Include the dimensions for the curves shown. 5. [Comment] The `Statement of Consent to Division' lists the TMP's as '45E-01-OX instead of `-OC'. 6. [Comment] Note 1 indicates a Parcel X and a Parcel Y, however there does not appear to be a Parcel Y shown on Sheet 2.
