of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
5. Parcel X and the Residue of TMP 100-24 each lie in the North Fork Hardware
River Watershed and each do not lie in a water supply watershed.

district and each do not lie in a Dam Break Inundation zone.
7. The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the
