Any outside dining areas previously approved remain in effect and are not subject to the expedited process and the VABCA required listed conditions. The attached aerial photo shows the rough outline of the area in comparison to the parking lot entrance and exit. The proposed seating area does not impede access or reduce or impair sight lines for pedestrians or vehicles entering or exiting the parking lot. There will be no tent or shade structure. Patio umbrellas will be provided at some tables. The hours of operation of the area will match our business hours. Currently, we are open every day from 11am until 8pm. Our normal business hours are as follows: • Monday - Thursday: 11am —11pm • Friday: 11am —12am • Saturday: 11am —12am • Sunday: 10am —12am During different phases of reopening, we may change our closing time to somewhere between 8pm and 12am, but it will never be later than 12am and will most likely be 9pm or 10pm. Our accurate current hours will always be posted on our website at https://www.timberwoodgrill.com and will be compliant with any applicable executive orders. Also included with the application please find a diagram of the proposed area with more detail than the attached photo, including: • Ingress/egress points (including separate ADA accessible point) • Table locations and table/chair counts (10 tables, 40 chairs) • Lighting locations • Barrier fence location (hanging chain fence, as pictured below) • Location of employee cars parked during open hours to serve as physical barriers to area Please feel free to email or call me with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
