To whom it may concern:
Enclosed please find our application for a Temporary Outdoor Dining and Beverage Service Area. The

vehicles entering or exiting the parking lot.
There will be no tent or shade structure. Patio umbrellas will be provided at some tables.
The hours of operation of the area will match our business hours. Currently, we are open every day from
11am until 8pm. Our normal business hours are as follows:
• Monday - Thursday:
11am
—11pm
• Friday:
11am
—12am
• Saturday:
11am
—12am
• Sunday:
10am
—12am
During different phases of reopening, we may change our closing time to somewhere between 8pm and
12am, but it will never be later than 12am and will most likely be 9pm or 10pm. Our accurate current
hours will always be posted on our website at https://www.timberwoodgrill.com and will be compliant
with any applicable executive orders.
Also included with the application please find a diagram of the proposed area with more detail than the
attached photo, including:
• Ingress/egress points (including separate ADA accessible point)
• Table locations and table/chair counts (10 tables, 40 chairs)
• Lighting locations
• Barrier fence location (hanging chain fence, as pictured below)
• Location of employee cars parked during open hours to serve as physical barriers to area
Please feel free to email or call me with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
