This letter contains responses to County comments dated April 21, 2020. Our responses are as follows: 1. Add the following note to the general notes page: a. Accessible routes and parking must be in compliance with ICC ANSI Al 17.1-09. Accessible parking spaces and access isles shall not have a surface slope greater than 1:48. Access isles shall be at the same level as the parking space they serve. Acknowledged, the note was added to Sheet C1 under General Notes. 2. Add the following: a. Provide detail of accessible parking and signage requirements to the plans.
