Design Focused Engineering May 14, 2020 David James County of Albemarle Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road, North Wing Charlottesville, Virginia 22902 RE: Response Letter #1 for SDP202000022 Cooke Warehouse (1620 Quail Run) Dear David, Thank you for your review of the Major Site Plan Amendment request for Cooke Warehouse (1620 Quail Run). This letter contains responses to County comments dated April 21, 2020. Our responses are as follows: Over 10,000sf disturbance is proposed with the building and parking lot construction. Please submit a VSMP plan and application. Approval of VSMP plan required prior to site plan approval. Acknowledged, the limits of disturbance are now shown on Sheet C3 and they do not exceed 10,000 SF 2. Sheet C3 — Provide curb type callouts for parking lot. Acknowledged, a note was added to Sheet C3 calling out CG-6 as the curb type. 3. Sheet C3 — Provide more details on the 2' stone -lined cut-off ditch and need for the New 15" pipe. The pipe is unnecessary and has been removed.
