location of below -ground utilities and associated easements; tree protection fencing and
limits of work on the landscape, grading and E&S plans.
C. For Minor Amendments to Architectural Plans, provide the following:

DESIGN CRITERIA
Structure Design
Changes to the architectural design of building
should be consistent with the design of the building
as it was originally approved by the ARB or
consistent with the design of a building that
otherwise meets the EC Guidelines. For buildings
that have not been approved by the ARB and do not
meet the EC Guidelines, changes should increase
the consistency of the building with the EC
