SECTION 1.4-401 & 14-419 — REQUEST FOR DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS.
Dear Toni,
The Owner of TMP 05600-00-00-067BO and Contract Purchaser of TMP 0 600-00-00-074A0. Martin
Schulman, has submitted a ZMA application to rezone these parcels from RA to NMD. The ZMA
application is proposing Private Streets for this NMD district, which must be approved by the planning
commission.
The ZMA Application Plan shows Blocks 2 & 6 will have frontage lots along Public Route 240 and Private
Roads C & D.
The Application Plans notes that the fronts of the townhouses in Blocks 2 & 6 will face Route 240. The
private street within the development will allow rear vehicular access for these lots. Section 14-419 does
not require landscape buffer if there is a street to provide rear access to the lots.
