The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302 (A)(4)] On Sheet 2, please revise the legend so that the word "storm" is spelled correctly for the
D/E-2 easement.
2. [14-302 (A)(5)] On Sheet 2, please update the legend so that the SS/E easement is identified as an existing
20' ACSA sanitary sewer easement recorded in DB 5193, pages 462-471.
[14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision to each sheet.
4. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please revise Note 3 on Sheet 1 so that it states that Lots 240-244 are zoned R4 Standard
Level Cluster Development, Refer to Note 5 on plat recorded in DB 5193, pages 462-471.
