Any outside dining areas previously approved remain in effect and are not subject to the expedited process and the VABCA required listed conditions. Before filling out this Application please make sure you have the following: 0 Address of the property. Hours of operation ATTACHMENTS © A diagram/sketch of the area proposed for outdoor dining/beverage service showing: Well-defined ADA accessible points of ingress and egress. © The number of tables and chairs to be provided. © Lighting. The entire area enclosed with a well-defined barrier designed to prevent entry and exit except for at the designated entry and exit point(s). NOTE: If the proposed area is within an existing parking area show how the area will be blocked off from potential conflicts with motor vehicles. NOTE: The installation of the temporary outside dining and beverage service areas shall not impede safe access or sight distance for pedestrians or vehicles.
