CAUTION: This message originated outside the County of Albemarle email system. DO NOT CLICK on links or open attachments unless you are sure the content is safe. Emily - We are wrapping up the comments for Foothills Crossing Phase VI, and I have a couple of clarifications to make sure we have all the remaining comments addressed: 1. Comment #3 under SWPP: The VSMP#3 plan under WP02017-0020 was approved on 6/18/18. This plan includes the disturbed area associated with the access road across the creek. Attached is the county link to the approved plans. A land disturbance permit was issued and work was performed in the field under this permit. https://Ifweb.abemarle.org/WebLink/DocView.aspx?id=987260&page=1&dbid=3. Let me know if this information satisfies this comment, or if there is something else you need. Please show us where the emergency access road is shown on these plans and included in the SWIM calculations (sheet # or just circle it). It is not evident to us. We need to know where the impervious area was accounted for in SWM. 2. Comment #5 under Stormwater management Plan —The full easement is shown on sheet 5 in the upper right hand corner of the submitted plans. Also, from the plans and from the exhibit that I provided this week to you can Dan, you can see that the easement will ultimately be vacated and will end at the future location of the Road ROW as the next section ties this into the development. Is there anything else that is needed to address this comment. Comment addressed. As long as there is an easement encompassing what is necessary. However this will be checked on your final submission for approval stamps. Ensure the easement is clearly shown. Comments #15 and #16 under Stormwater management Plan — See attached pdfs. I have labeled the WPO buffer on sheet 6 and noted the impacts associated with the public utilities on the plan. I also cut on the sanitary sewer so you can see the impacts associated with this public utility. I don't think the impacts from the public utilities count toward the overall buffer impacts, nor does the primitive trail, so I think the plan shows all the impacts and mitigation for the impacts. Can you confirm this for me, thanks! Comments 15 and 16 addressed. 4. Comment #19 — on sheet 8 of the submitted plans in the lower right hand corner, it labels the outfall as Class II riprap lining the existing stream and stretching 20' upstream and downstream from the culvert. Let me know if that is acceptable. Length, width, depth of rip -rap should be specified. 5. Comment #20 —let me know if the information that I provided in comment #1 response also addresses the concerns in Comment #20. Please highlight in approved and current plans where this impervious area for emergency access is accounted for. 6. Comment #21—the location of the future dedication has been provided to Dan, and I will follow-up with him to make sure it is acceptable. Comment addressed. Thanks again for the help on this Emily!
