SUB202000095 — Keswick Spa — Easement Plat
The following are CDD Planning comments on the above -referenced easement plat:
1. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Easement information. Maintenance documents per [14-317] are
required for the SWM maintenance easement. Engineering will send templates to be
completed and will coordinate with applicant and County Attorneys Office for review.
2. [14-303(D)] Acreage. According to GIS, TMP 80-8Z is currently 151.18 acres. Please
update plat or indicate in comment response if GIS is inaccurate.
3. [18-4.11.4] Easements and structures. The proposed easement is very close to being
under the southern edge of the building and the southeastern corner/edge of the
building. Ensure that the easement is not conflicting with any buildings with final layout.
4. [Advisory Comment] Ensure that the final version of the minor site plan amendment
(SDP202000002) exactly matches the final approved version of this easement plat. The
Deed Book/Page of each easement must also be shown on the minor amendment.
a. Once easement is recorded, and previous area is vacated, the `old' easement
should no longer be shown on the site plan.
b. It may also be helpful to reference SDP2020-2 (minor amendment under review)
on the title page.
