Part C: Description of Proposal
The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA) is proposing lighting improvements
throughout the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility for compliance with
Albemarle County Lighting Requirements. The lighting improvements will involve removal of
lighting that does not meet the County requirements. Full cut off lights will be added in these
areas for access and safety as shown in the plans. Additionally, replacement of existing lights
with full cutoff lights will be performed. Wall pack lights that are not full cut off will have
shields added to convert these to full cut off. Wall packs that are not full cut off and cannot be
converted will be replaced. The project is expected to be completed by February 2022.
