The Letter of Revision proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan with the latest revision date of 06-02-20 and letter dated 05-08-20: 1. Shift retaining wall along front of building and Inglewood Drive approximately 8 feet to the east to be 3 feet from the back of the curb. 2. Lower height of proposed retaining wall from 6 feet maximum to 3.8 feet maximum. 3. Revise retaining wall to be in two sections. This is the second Letter of Revision for this site. Please be aware that only three Letter of Revision are permitted on any site plan. Any future changes to the plan after the third Letter of Revision are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment (along with the proper fee) that shows the proposed changes and all previously approved conditions that are to remain. Retaining Wall “G” that runs along the edge of the concrete sidewalk adjacent to the Inglewood Drive (east) side of the building has been shifted by approximately eight feet towards Inglewood Drive to a location that is 3’ offset from the back of curb. The move was coordinated in the field with Dominion Power to remove the wall from atop their existing underground facilities. As a result, the height of the retaining wall has been lowered from a 6’ maximum height to a 3.8’ maximum height. Also, the wall has been broken into two separate walls labeled “Retaining Wall 1” and “Retaining Wall 2”. No other changes have been made to the plans.
