Dear Mariah:
Thank you for your comments dated May 20, 2020. Revised plans are hereby submitted
incorporating the following changes in response to the items in your letter:
Planniniz:
1. Comment previously addressed.
2. Comment previously addressed.
3. The comments have been addressed as followed:
a. As discussed on 5/28/20, the pedestrian pathway loop has been created through
the neighborhood, satisfying this comment and concern.
b. As indicated by Charles Rapp, this comment has been addressed.
c. As indicated by Charles Rapp, this comment has been addressed.
4. The comments have been addressed as followed:
a. Comment previously addressed.
b. As discussed in the email, the 0.897 acres is the active recreation area and stream
buffer area. The notations have been updated to illustrate the math.

e. The plant legend has been updated and additional trees added to ensure the tree
canopy coverage is provided on the project.

5. The comments have been addressed as followed:
a. The existing right of way has been updated to match the easement plat currently
under review, and the deed book and page number has been updated to match the
easement plat under review on sheet 2 and sheet 5.

c. Bollards have moved the termination of the existing right of way as requested.
This is shown and labeled on sheet 5, and noted under the detail on sheet 3.
d. This note about tying into the Glenbrook Development has been removed, as
requested.
e. A notation for the DB PG has been added to the label of the emergency
access and pedestrian easement. Once the subdivision plat is recorded, this
information will be added to the site plan prior to approval.
6. A notation for the DB PG has been added to the label for the wall maintenance
easement. Once the subdivision plat is recorded, this information will be added to the
site plan prior to approval. This information has also been shared with RGA to add to
their easement plat/subdivision plat.
7. It appears that the exception request should be on the PC consent agenda on June 10n

10. I am not sure what the purpose of this is, but we have added a dashed line between the
sunroom or patio and the rest of the house, as requested.
