The development property has an area of 7.59 acres and a disturbed area of 5.60 acres. The project is a private redevelopment of a site. The proposed stormwater design meets water quality requirements set forth in 9VAC25-870-65 and water quantity requirements set forth in 9VAC25-870-66-B(3) and 9VAC25-870- 66-C. The storm drains and inlets in this project comply with VDOT regulations. Note: all inlets have an assumed time of concentration. Inlet computations use the rational equation for peak flow calculations.
