Dear Richard,
Thank you for your review of the Final Site Plan for Proffit Rd Townhomes North. This letter contains
responses to County comments dated April 10' 2020. Our responses are as follows:
General
1. Plans have been marked upon the provided PDF for comments.
Noted.
2. Proffit Road Townhomes final site plan will not be approved until the offsite sewer is reviewed and
approved.
Noted, I believe Jeremy Lynn has approved this.

Yes, it has been shifted.
10. Are water utilities crossing Proffit Road open cut or bore?
They are open cut.

3. Keep water meters away from trees when possible. Provide adequate separation if the meter needs to
share an island with trees.
