Dear Mr. Binstead,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The
Letter of Revision proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan with the latest
revision date of 06-04-20 and letter dated 06-04-20:
• The south travel way dimension has been changed from 16.00' to 14.25'.
• The east travel way dimension has been changed from 16.00' to 17.83'.
• The sidewalk width at the front (east) of the building has been changed from 8.83' to 6.75'.
• The exit travel way width has been changed from 16.00' to 15.50'.
• The teller window drive through lane has been changed from asphalt pavement to
concrete pavement.
This is the first Letter of Revision for this site. Please be aware that only three Letter of Revision
are permitted on any site plan. Any future changes to the plan after the third Letter of Revision
are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment (along with the proper
fee) that shows the proposed changes and all previously approved conditions that are to
remain.

Please find attached our Application for Letter of Revision for SDP 2019-00035, C & F Bank.
Included with the Application is our check for the fee, and 4 copies of the plan with the proposed
changes. Also included for your reference is a copy of the Final Survey dated May 29, 2019.
The revisions to the site plan, necessitated by the location of existing site improvements, include
the following:
• The south travel way dimension has been changed from 16.00' to 14.25'.
• The east travel way dimension has been changed from 16.00' to 17.83'.
• The sidewalk width at the front (east) of the building has been changed from 8.83' to 6.75'.
• The exit travel way width has been changed from 16.00' to 15.50'.
• The teller window drive through lane has been changed from asphalt pavement to
concrete pavement.
