My client wishes to further defer the Board's hearing of the Special Exception request to the Board's meeting on September 19. My client is currently working
towards completing renovations of the residence and securing final inspections. Since this will be an owner -occupied homestay, Mr. Harris wishes to have the
Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) in hand and be moved in. He anticipates having the C.O. by the end of the summer.

At your request, the Clerk has moved this item to the June 17, 2020 Board meeting.
As such, the item will not appear on the Board of Supervisors agenda for the May 6t", 2020 meeting and the staff report will not be included in the Board packet.
In our discussion yesterday, Terry and Darrick asked that they be provided a copy of the staff findings (see attachments). Provided below is the information
requested on special exceptions for Homestays and Accessory Tourist Lodging clearances approved in the Northfields area.

I am representing The Manors LLC who have a pending special exception request before you regarding a homestay use on the property located at 2405
Northfields Road. At this time, The Manors LLC request deferral of the special exception request until June 2020.
