THE OWNER HAS OBTAINED APPROVAL OF TWO SPECIAL USE PERMITS FOR THE PROPOSED USES (SP 2018-007 AND SP 2018-008 APPROVED ON 11/14/2018. THE APPLICANT HAS ALSO OBTAINED THE APPROVAL OF TWO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS TO ALLOW INCIDENTAL PARKING WITHIN A PORTION OF THE 30' PARKING SETBACK ALONG THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY BOUNDARY, ALSO APPROVED ON 11/14/2018. THE SITE IS CURRENTLY DEVELOPED WITH AN EXISTING BUILDING AND OTHER IMPERVIOUS COVER CONSISTING OF ASPHALT, GRAVEL AND CONCRETE. THERE ARE THREE SERVICE BAYS IN THE EXISTING BUILDING.
