[General Comment]: Add the application number for this final site plan (SDP2020-00003) to the cover sheet of the site plan. RESPONSE: The application number has been added to the Cover Sheet. 2. [18-32.7.8; 18-4.151: Remove the proposed monument sign from all plan sheets. Monument signs are approved through a separate application and process, not with a site plan. As such, they are not to be depicted on site plans. RESPONSE: The monument sign has been removed from all sheets. 3. [18-32.7.9]: Revise the Landscape Plan (sheet 6). Although 11 RC (Rhododendron catawba) are identified at the southwest corner of the property, only ten are depicted. RESPONSE: The landscape plan and tabulations have been updated to 10 RC. 4. [18-32.6.2.a, 32.5.2.n, and 32.7.2.3; SP2018-00007, SP2018-00008, and Special Exceptions]: The plat dedicating the right-of-way and the temporary construction easement for the proposed 10'-wide multi -use path along the front of the property must be approved and recorded prior to the approval of the final site plan.
