This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Sediment trap now has 50%storage; out fall has been extended; silt fence has been removed and toed up both sides of outfall; upper silt fence trenched, stone weir installed in front of silt fence Corrective Action: Deficiency: Sediment trap one slopes can not be greater than 2:1 Corrective Action: Slopes must be no greater than 21 to play inspection Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all corrective measures will be completed by Failure to comply by the required date may subject the owner to penalties and remedies as listed under § 17-900 et -al of the Water Protection Ordinance of the Albemarle County Code.
