ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO SUCH ITEMS SHALL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY CONTRACTOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. PROPERTY PINS DISTURBED BY CONTRACTOR THAT ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE PLANS TO BE DISTURBED SHALL BE RESTORED BY LICENSED SURVEYOR AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE. 6. MEASURES TO CONTROL EROSION AND SEDIMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED PURSUANT TO AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. Shade trees shall be healthy, vigorous, full -branched, well -shaped, and shall meet the trunk diameter, height, and spread requirements of the plant list, and meet the standards of "The American Association of Nurserymen."
