County, Virginia on or prior to December 10, 1980.

We represent Lighthouse Land, LLC, the owner of the above referenced Property. Our client is in
the process of financing the Property with Bank of the James ("Lender") and the Lender has asked
for confirmation of the zoning designation for the Property. We would appreciate it if you could
provide us with a letter confirming this designation, including the following items:
A. Current zoning and all permitted uses;
B. Confirm existence of ingress/egress from a public street;
C. Specify the parking space requirement for the Property;
D. State that there are no pending applications for special permits;
E. List of any proffers; and
F. Any special conditions or time restraints on the property for the permitted uses.
