The Owner desires to submit land use applications affecting the Property, such as, but not limited to, Zoning Map Amendment Applications, Architectural Review Board applications, Special Exception requests, Site Plan Applications, and other similar land use applications affecting the Property (collectively, the "Land Use Applications").
