Nichols, Roudabush, Gale & Associates The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] Comments: 1. [14-302(A)(14)] State that the 20' trail easement is dedicated to public use. Note has been added. 2. [14-302(A)(10)] Provide the required stream buffer note on the plat: "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County water protection ordinance." Note has been added. 3. [14-303(H)] Provide a label/key for the monuments. Legend has been added.
