The following is a response to your review comments dated May 12, 2020:
1. The steel canopy will be painted to match the Dark Bronze storefront and wall coping. The
special mix color is noted on the plans.
2. Annotated wall sections are provided for where new walls will be built.
3. The new design maintains the original brick and dark steel materials utilized to create the
industrial character of the existing building.
4. Notes on the detail elevation and wall section call out the required transmittance and
reflectance specifications.
5. Rooftop mechanical screening is provided to ensure full screening of equipment for all views
from the entrance corridor. The screen is high enough to conceal any equipment to be
utilized for HVAC purposes. The exact size and quantity will be determined by the future
tenant requirements. Any additional tenant required equipment, such as restaurant exhaust
vent fans, can be screened in the same manner.
6. Full mechanical rooftop screening will be provided.
7. The existing rooftop unit will be removed and is now noted on the roof plan.
8. The mechanical visibility note is added to the roof plan.
9. The photometric plan is now included in the site plan package.

11. The light loss factor is adjusted to model the effect of the lens covering the bare bulb.

13. The standard lighting note is on the photometric plan.
14. Architectural and site plans are included in the submittal.
15. The comprehensive sign plan will be submitted by others.
