From your pictures of the revised plat I can tell the following:
1. [14-302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Provide the addresses of
each owner of record. Rev 1. Comment addressed.
2. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Depict and label the stream buffer on the northwestern corner of
the property. Also, provide the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be
managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance. " Rev 1.
Comment not addressed. See below snit from the GIS that depicts the WPO on the subiect
property.
3. [14-302(B)7] Reservoir watershed. Provide a note that states: "This property is not located in an
agricultural forestall district nor a water supply watershed. " Rev 1. Comment addressed.
4. [14-302(A)(2)] Vicinity Map. Provide a scale for the vicinity map. Vicinity maps are required to
be a scale of 1 inch equal to 2,000 feet. Revise. Rev 1. Comment not addressed. But after
discussions with senior staff we will allow this to move forward with a different scale as it
more appropriately depicts the required information at the proposed scale.
5. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site on proposed lots. The plat shall contain the following note: "Parcel
[letter or number] and the residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] each contain a building site that
complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. " Revise accordingly.
Rev 1. Comment addressed.
6. [14-302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. The plat lacks the appropriate
development rights note. Provide the following note: "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned
[number] development rights and may/may not be further
divided and when further divided these rights
shall not comprise more than [number] acres. The residue of Tax
Map/Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights and when further divided it
shall not consist of more than [number] acres. "
If development rights are not affected with the BLA please state the following: "Developments
rights are not affected by this boundary line adjustment. " Rev 1. Comment addressed.
7. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning Classification. Revise the zoning of the parcel to also include the Entrance
Corridor (EC). Rev 1. Comment addressed.

Thank you for the comments! I have addressed them all except No. 2 & 4. Not sure No. 2 applies (will verify) and
on No. 4, please consult others in your dept. about this. The ordinance may say 1"=2000', however my existing vicinity
sketch shows much more detail whereas a 1"=2000' sketch will just show Rt. 231 and the site.
I'll have a review copy for you today.
