This must be submitted with the plat and sent to the County Attorney for review and approval prior to final plat approval. Please contact Engineering Division reviewer to obtain copy of easement deed template, and revise as necessary to describe what this plat is proposing. Rev. 1: Applicant is working with Engineering reviewer to revise deed for easement vacation and re -platting. 2. [14-302 (A)(5)] Please be aware that two other plats for these parcels are currently under review: SUB202000016 and SUB202000115. If either of these plats are approved and recorded prior to approval of this application, the plat will need to be revised accordingly to show all existing easements. Rev. 1: Per applicant comment response. the intent is to get this plat approved and recorded first. Should either of the other plats be approved and recorded prior to this one, the plat will need to be revised accordingly. 3. [14-302 (A)(11)] Please be aware that two other plats for these parcels are currently under review: SUB202000016 and SUB202000115. If either of these plats are approved and recorded prior to approval of this application, the plat will need to be revised accordingly to state the correct instrument numbers. Rev. 1: Per applicant comment response. the intent is to get this plat approved and recorded first. Should either of the other plats be approved and recorded prior to this one, the lat will need to be revised accordingly. 4. [14-302 (B)(5)] Revise the zoning note on Sheet 1 so that individual zoning classification notes are provided for both TMPs. State the applicable overlay districts that apply to each parcel. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. a. Clearly state that both TMPs are subject to the proffers and Application Plan of ZMA200100015. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. b. Per Albemarle County GIS, neither parcel lies within the FH Flood Hazard Overlay District. Please confirm, and revise the zoning notes as necessary so that FH isn't mentioned if the properties do not lie within the FH Overlay District. See Engineering Division comment regarding the floodplain note on Sheet 1. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 5. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 6. [14-303 (D)] Please be aware that two other plats for these parcels are currently under review: SUB202000016 and SUB202000115. If either of these plats are approved and recorded prior to approval of this application, the plat will need to be revised accordingly to show correct parcel boundaries and acreages.
