Commonwealth Land Surveying, LLC (dave(&vacls.com) From: Andrew Reitelbach, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: June 19, 2020 Subject: SUB2020-00037 Knicely — BLA Fax 434-972-4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-303(0)] Provide a signature line on the cover sheet for Nancy Knicely, as she is also listed as a property owner of TMP 45-59EL 2. [14-303(D)] Revise the acreage calculations on the plat, as there are slight discrepancies between what is shown on the survey and what is included in the Area Tabulations table. These two items should match. The survey shows Parcel X as 0.956 acres, while the tabulations table lists it as 0.955 acres. The survey shows Parcel Y as 0.957 acres, while the tabulations table lists it as 0.956 acres. Ensure the acreage calculations are consistent across the entire plat, and revise the acreage summaries of the new parcels as needed. 3. [14-302(A)4; 14-303(E)] Note 17 indicates that Parcel Y-R "terminates at the new northern property line of PID 04500-00-00-059E0. However, looking at the survey, it appears that Parcel Y-R actually terminates at the new southeastern property line of TMP 45-59E. Or it terminates at the new northwestern property line of TMP 45-59EL Clarify this discrepancy.
